STUDENTS at Ealing, Hammersmith & West London College's Ealing and Hammersmith campuses were celebrating their A-level results success today, with many getting the results they needed to go to universities across the country.
Shad Hoshyar, 19, described himself as ecstatic after gaining two A*s and an A in economics, history and politics and confirming his place at Cambridge University.
He said: "My time at college has been a real investment in my life and I'll cherish every moment.
"Your teachers are there to help you - use them as a resource, pick their minds and knowledge as much as possible."
Other students celebrating their university places were Sophia Pisani, 19, from Ealing, who gained the grades to get on to the marketing degree at the UWE Bristol and Isra Omran, also 19, from Chelsea, now heading off to the University of Essex to study biochemistry.
