MARK WARBURTON has a near full squad ahead of tomorrow’s trip to Huddersfield Town as Brentford look to make it six wins on the bounce.

The Bees stormed to a 4-0 triumph over Wolves last weekend to continue their excellent run and move up to third in the Championship.

Not since the 1934/35 season have the West Londoners won five in a row in the second tier and Brentford could find themselves top if results go their way this weekend.

Manager of the month Warburton is unlikely to make changes for the trip to the John Smith’s Stadium and has a full complement of players to choose from, excluding long-term absentees Alan McCormack and Scott Hogan.

However, there was some positive news surrounding 22-year-old Hogan. The striker was ruled out for the season after rupturing his anterior cruciate ligament against Rotherham in August.

But the club have confirmed that the summer signing from Rochdale is recovering well and will now visit knee specialist Bill Knowles in the United States.

Huddersfield, in 19th place, head into the weekend just three points above the relegation zone after four games without a win.

This will be the first meeting between the sides since the 2010/11 season when Huddersfield ran out 3-2 winners in League One.

The club’s Community Sports Trust is hosting its annual Meet The Players event on Monday, December 22, at Goals Soccer Centre, Osterley. For more details, please see the club website, www.brentfordfc.co.uk

The Bees beat West London rivals QPR 2-1 in an Under-21 Professional Development League Two match on Tuesday.

Brentford went ahead through Jermaine Udumaga before Betinho grabbed a late winner after the Super Hoops equalised early in the second half.
